I love love to share my food. I love to cook and invite friends over to eat. I love all opportunities that allow me to share my passion for cooking. When I hear potlucks (at work or church) I dance inside! This fried rice has been made for two putlocks with two different groups and it has a hit on both occasions. The first time I made this for a group, it was for my last day at my previous job. It was such a hit that my colleagues refused to call the other units to come eat. They rather took the rest home...if you know me by now, you will know my day was made! The next time I made this was for the very first potluck at my current job. And just like before, it was a complete hit with them. So I thought to share it with my family here and I hope it wins you all the accolades you so much deserve for trying a no fail recipe!
