DIY cold and flu shot to boost your immunity. Say cheers to your health!

1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons Manuka honey
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Big pinch of dried turmeric
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Pour all ingredients into a bowl and whisk for one minute or until well combined.
Pour into your favorite shot glass.
If you would like more of a kick add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mix.
