EPIC Asks an Expert: Why do you think ethics is particularly important for AI and robotics?

On February 04 -11th, 2019, the EPIC 'Ethics in AI and Robotics' Book Sprint took place in Singapore. The aim? To write an entire introductory textbook on robotics/AI ethics while bringing together academics from different backgrounds and disciplines including computer science, philosophy, robotics and HRI. EPIC took this opportunity to ask some of these experts about the role of ethics in AI and robotics. Second up: Alan R.
