Puerto Rico’s government is paralysed.
The Senate has decided to delay the vote to confirm an interim governor.
It will now wait for its Supreme Court to decide if the man who came into office on Friday is eligible to take office.
This comes after a scandal and weeks of protests forced his predecessor to resign.
