So I decided to share my favorite stretching exercises with you but make it 3 separate videos - Stretching for Beginners, Stretching for Intermediate level and Stretching for Advanced level. That way you can choose what level of exercises suits you the best or you can mix them and make your own stretching routine out of different exercises!
