What is the difference between a customer and a client? There are a ton of books and articles written about providing good service. However, for me, it all boils down to three golden rules I go by for providing excellent client service. If you follow these three basic rules, you will have a thriving business, clients who feel appreciated, and clients wanting to pass on the word to others about your business. No matter if you are self-employed, a small business, a big conglomerate, if you go by these excellent client service rules, you can’t fail.
